Overview
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into between NEURON ("Processor") and you ("Customer" / "Controller") to establish the terms under which NEURON processes personal data on behalf of the Customer in accordance with GDPR requirements.

- •Data Controller: You, the customer, who determines purposes and means of processing
- •Data Processor: NEURON, who processes data on behalf of the controller
- •Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual
- •Processing: Any operation performed on personal data
Processing Details
Purpose: Providing the NEURON platform services
Types of Data: Contact information, company data, behavioral data
Categories of Data Subjects: Your customers, prospects, and contacts
Duration: For the term of the customer agreement
Sub-processors
NEURON uses approved sub-processors for specific functions such as cloud hosting and analytics. You will be notified of any changes to sub-processors.
Data Subjects Rights
NEURON will assist you in fulfilling requests from data subjects regarding:

- • Right to erasure
- • Right to restrict processing
- • Right to data portability
